About the Role

Are you passionate about leading clean energy projects and driving solar solutions forward?

We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee our installation and after-sales operations.

This is an opportunity for an organized, technically sound leader with experience in solar project management to grow with our team.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for solar installations.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams — engineering, logistics, and procurement — to ensure seamless execution.
  • Quality Control: Enforce high-quality standards during installation and testing to maximize system efficiency and safety.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve project-related issues proactively and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Service Support: Build and implement systems to track service calls, identify recurring issues, and reduce technical downtimes.
  • After-Sales Support: Ensure after-sales support includes client education on maintenance, warranties, and performance optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of project engineers, technicians, and after-sales professionals.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and establish realistic project timelines.
  • Site Visits: Conduct technical site visits during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
  • Client Communication: Participate in client meetings and ensure communication flows smoothly throughout project phases.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in solar project management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of solar systems and related documentation (SLDs, BOQs).
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership ability and team coordination skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client handling skills.
