About the Job

This role requires a dynamic individual who can work both in the field and in-office, driving partnerships with local agents, educational institutions, and recruiting students while managing recruitment and support efforts to expand our operations in Pakistan and strengthen our global presence at StudyWeg.

Responsibilities

  1. Formulate and implement strategies to establish long-term partnerships with potential recruitment partners and local educational institutions.
  2. Organize meetings with potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
  3. Attend educational fairs, student counseling sessions, and networking events to promote StudyWeg's platform and services.
  4. Present and update executive management and stakeholders on partnership activities and progress.
  5. Utilize the StudyWeg Portal to manage student applications, ensure timely documentation submission, and monitor application status.
  6. Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement effective agent relationship management strategies.
  7. Train agents and partners on utilizing the StudyWeg Portal efficiently.
  8. Contribute to agent/account development by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering strong business relationships with partners.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement efforts.
  10. Provide ongoing support to applicants regarding application processes, admission requirements, and timelines.
  11. Compile and present detailed reports on partnership activities, student applications, and success rates to inform management decisions.
