Overview:

This position supports the financial closing process by preparing statements, collaborating with departments, and contributing to audit coordination. The incumbent will ensure timely completion of tasks, coordinate with external auditors, and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Circulate a monthly checklist to ensure all closing tasks are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of audit work.
  • Liaise with the Secretary Office for regular financial and compliance-related matters.
  • Monitor budget utilization and share reports at the GL and Cost Center level with all departments.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA / CA (Inter) with 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or a similar finance role.
  • Proficient in using SAP – FICO and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
