Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Executives to expand our client base and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Contact potential clients to present and explain the features and benefits of our plots and housing projects.
  3. Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers to provide detailed project information.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  6. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to tailor sales strategies.
  7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
  8. Represent us at sales and marketing events.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred).
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. Negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
  8. Own conveyance is preferred.
