Business Development Representative (BD Rep)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and verify contact information using advanced research techniques.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients based on target industries, buyer personas, and geographic locations.
  • Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to introduce our tech solutions.
  • Craft personalized messages tailored to each prospect's business needs and industry trends.
  • Foster relationships and follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services in a professional manner.
  • Log all activities and maintain detailed records of interactions.
  • Track key performance indicators daily.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-6 months of BPO experience in customer service, tech support, or outbound sales preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong online research and information verification skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to build a career in tech sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or email outreach platforms is a plus.
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and willingness to learn.
