We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales efforts by generating leads and building relationships with potential clients.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and verify contact information using advanced research techniques.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients based on target industries, buyer personas, and geographic locations.
- Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to introduce our tech solutions.
- Craft personalized messages tailored to each prospect's business needs and industry trends.
- Foster relationships and follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services in a professional manner.
- Log all activities and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Track key performance indicators daily.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
- 3-6 months of BPO experience in customer service, tech support, or outbound sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong online research and information verification skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to build a career in tech sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or email outreach platforms is a plus.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and willingness to learn.
