Job Title:

  • Legal Professional with Litigation Expertise

 

Overview

This role is responsible for managing and overseeing litigation matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while protecting the company's interests. As a Legal Executive, you will provide legal support in disputes, regulatory litigation & corporates governance.

 

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Management:

  • Manage and monitor litigation cases, ensuring timely filing of responses, pleadings, and other legal documents.

Preparation of Presentations:

  • Develop legal reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing case statuses, risks, and legal strategies.

Internal Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of ongoing litigation, updating management on case progress, potential risks, and legal expenses.

Coordination with External Counsels:

  • Liaise with external legal counsels to ensure effective representation, strategy alignment, and compliance with company policies.

Collaboration with Internal Departments:

  • Work closely with internal teams to gather relevant information, ensure legal compliance, and provide necessary legal guidance.

 

Requirements

Education:

  • A LLB/LLM degree is required.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role are necessary.

Skills:

  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills with expertise in litigation management and regulatory compliance are essential.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with external counsels and internal stakeholders are also required.
