Reporting to: Assistant Manager Litigation

Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

  • To manage and oversee litigation matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while protecting the company's interests. To provide legal support in disputes, regulatory litigation & corporates governance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Litigation Management: Handle and monitor litigation cases, ensuring timely filing of responses, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Preparation of Presentations (PPTs): Develop legal reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing case statuses, risks, and legal strategies.
  • Internal Reporting: Maintain accurate records of ongoing litigation, updating management on case progress, potential risks, and legal expenses.
  • Coordination with External Counsels: Liaise with external legal counsels to ensure effective representation, strategy alignment, and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Departments: Work closely with internal teams to gather relevant information, ensure legal compliance, and provide necessary legal guidance.
  • Corporate Governance : Basic knowledge of corporate governance is mandatory

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • LLB/LLM

Work Experience:

  • 5 Years of experience is required

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills with expertise in litigation management and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with external counsels and internal stakeholders
