Senior National Governance Specialist

We are seeking a Senior National Governance Expert to support the operationalisation of the International Health Regulations (IHR) 2005 governance mechanism in Punjab.
The successful candidate will lead the activation of the IHR Taskforce/Technical Committee and establish functional Technical Committees/Working Groups to enhance inter-sectoral coordination and cooperation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial consultations with key stakeholders;
- Developing an Inception Report and slide deck outlining scope, stakeholder roles, risks, and coordination plan;
- Facilitating IHR Taskforce/Technical Committee meetings;
- Providing ongoing embedded support to the Director Health Services CD & EPC for coordination and documentation;
- Developing a Final Report and Conclusion Slide Deck comprising notified minutes of meetings, progress against agreed action points.
The assignment will be delivered over a five-month period and structured in three sequential phases: inception and planning, convening and embedded support, and reporting and finalisation.
