About Youth National Network (YNN)
The Youth National Network (YNN), an initiative of Youth Media Network Pakistan, is a nationwide youth representation body that empowers young people through leadership, civic engagement, digital skills, and social impact. Structured at national, provincial, district, and campus levels, YNN serves as a platform for youth voices, ideas, and action.

Role Overview
The National Secretary General is a key leadership position within YNN's National Council. This role requires a visionary, highly organized, and committed individual who can ensure smooth governance, effective communication, and organizational coordination at the highest level of the Network.

The position is
volunteer-based
but offers immense opportunities for personal growth, networking, national recognition, and direct impact on youth development in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee administrative functions of YNN at the national level.
  • Maintain communication between the National Council, Provincial Councils, and partner organizations.
  • Ensure effective record-keeping, documentation, and transparent governance.
  • Support the National President and Vice President in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, and circulate official communications.
  • Monitor progress of YNN programs and initiatives across provinces.
  • Represent YNN at national forums, youth events, and partner engagements.

Requirements

  • Pakistani youth (aged 18–30) with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in youth organizations, student bodies, or community projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Urdu & English).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, nationwide network.
  • Strong commitment to volunteerism, civic engagement, and youth empowerment.
