Job Summary

Sr. Relationship Manager – Alumni and Donor Engagement

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our newly established Alumni and Donor Relations Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster strong relationships with alumni, donors, and stakeholders.

  • Create and implement an effective alumni engagement strategy, including events, reunions, and networking activities.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN A STRONG DONOR DATABASE, TRACKING CONTRIBUTIONS AND INTERACTIONS.
  • Develop compelling content (newsletters, social media, etc.) to keep alumni informed and connected.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with individual and institutional donors, coordinating fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on alumni engagement and fundraising progress, analyzing metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the establishment of the Alumni and Donor Relations Office, including system development, policy creation, and communication protocols.
  • Build and maintain a robust alumni database across all institutions.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team to showcase alumni success stories and donor contributions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in alumni relations, fundraising, donor engagement, or non-profit program management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and inspire trust.
  • Familiarity with database management, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
