Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing and automated testing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting is also required.
About the Role

This role involves participating in application planning meetings, ensuring data integrity standards, and conducting performance and/or security audits.

You will be responsible for writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, as well as developing quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Participating in application planning meetings.
  • Ensuring data integrity standards.
  • Performing reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.
  • Developing quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
  • Writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing and automated testing tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Conducting performance and/or security audits.
  • Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
  • Validating quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
  • Writing/reviewing requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
