Job Title: Educational Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Consultant to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet annual targets assigned by the Head of Department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes as set by the Dean/Principal of the University.
  • Deliver assigned courses in accordance with faculty workload policy, fostering critical thinking, debate, and rational discourse among students.
  • Supervise student projects, field trips, and placements, setting, assessing, and providing feedback on work and examinations for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance for internal evaluation, monitoring and verifying student attendance in classes, labs, and practical sessions.
  • Implement mentoring for 15-20 students under the Riphah Mentoring Program, promoting independent research and acting as principal investigator and project leader.
  • Pursue independent research and contribute to publications, disseminate research findings through suitable media, and seek practical applications of research results.
  • Serve as a line manager, overseeing the work of others in research teams and projects, or as PhD supervisor when necessary.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department, ensuring that teaching content aligns with RIU's mission and addresses subordinate and student needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: A Master's degree in a relevant field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in teaching and research.

Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent time management and organizational skills.
