Product Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to spearhead the design of our digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess user needs and opportunities, developing concepts, structuring interactions, designing user interfaces, and other touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement product strategies in a user-centric and data-driven manner.
  • Own design problems end-to-end, from initial concept through execution and beyond.
  • Adhere to the Securiti Design System Standard and contribute to the maturation of the Global Design Language for the Securiti Suite of Products.
  • Continuously improve how things work by finding simple solutions to complex user pain points.
  • Balances delivering on business requirements, technical limitations, time constraints, and user needs.
  • Articulate vision through strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, championing design excellence within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in User Experience, Interaction, and Interface design.
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with designing and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Design System, Figma components, Autolayout, variants a big plus.
  • Experience working with or in a Product company; experience with AI/Machine Learning Product a plus.
  • Building products with data visualization a must.
  • Strong conceptual ability - mindful with the ability to be open to suggestions, incorporating input from others to improve product quality, drive towards completion, and attain organizational buy-in.
  • Ability to multitask on projects; ability to reprioritize tasks and timelines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and sometimes tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize responsibilities, multi-tasking.
  • Detail-oriented, with superior communication and organizational skills.
