Job Overview

This role is responsible for monitoring and supporting the production job flow in a multi-platform environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize established tools to monitor the production environment.
  • Respond to job failures/issues and rectify problems/issues when possible according to established procedures.
  • Elevate issues requiring second-level support to appropriate personnel using the established call escalation procedures.
  • Ensure processes are completed according to the provided schedule.
  • Execute special processing requests as submitted.
  • Log issues into the problem management tool with relevant information for follow-up and permanent resolution.
  • Notify relevant production and user areas of outstanding issues requiring further follow-up.
  • Provide turnover of activities and environment to the next shift.
  • Supply shift status to supervisor detailing issues requiring attention.
  • Deliver training to new/junior analysts as necessary.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for other analysts in the absence of Scheduling and/or supervisor.
  • Support the day-to-day activities of off-shore production hub, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables that meet requirements.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams, business line initiatives, or third parties.
  • Prioritize input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT, and implementation.
