Head of Sales Enablement

Job Description:
The Head of AdTech is responsible for leading the presales team to support and drive the technical sales process for AdTech solutions. This role requires close collaboration with sales, product, and platform teams to provide thought leadership and deep technical expertise to secure new business and ensure customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the presales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop technical proposals, and present tailored AdTech solutions to clients.
- Partner with product management, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure AdTech solutions are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and contribute to the development of competitive positioning and messaging for AdTech offerings.
- Develop and implement presales strategies, including best practices, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and win rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in SAAS/PAAS/Analytics solutions presales.
- Strong understanding of AdTech architecture, platforms, cloud computing, and edge computing technologies.
- Expertise in key AdTech protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, etc.) and connectivity technologies (e.g., 5G, LoRaWAN, Bluetooth, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, machine learning integration, and data processing in an AdTech context.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, enterprise integration, and security challenges in AdTech environments.
