Job Title: Human Resource Manager

A strategic human resources professional responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization's personnel.

  • Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manages the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Ensures job descriptions are up to date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, onboard, and conduct performance management for new hires.
  2. Manage the entire staffing process, from recruitment to onboarding.
  3. Ensure accurate and compliant job descriptions.
  4. Develop training materials and performance management programs.
  5. Create a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
  6. Investigate employee issues and conflicts, providing resolution.
  7. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  8. Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback.
  9. Implement company HR policies consistently.
  10. Maintain organizational charts and employee directories.
  11. Partner with management to align HR goals with business initiatives.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, or a related field.
  2. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or Zoho People.
  5. Knowledge of human resource strategies and practices.
  6. Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
  7. Data analysis skills to guide employment planning.
