We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment: Post jobs for open positions, shortlist candidates, establish communication, schedule and conduct interviews with department heads, complete hiring and onboarding process for new employees, and keep recruitment active throughout the year.
- HR Documents: Collecting and maintaining employee personal data/documents, maintain company HR documents, updating templates for company HR documents as needed, enforcing company HR policies, processing leaves and PTOs, monitoring daily attendance and company clock-in, clock-out system, execute employee terminations/resignations and conduct exit interviews, maintain and execute employee growth plan, and payroll management including payroll setup and policies, processing payroll data for all employees, reconciling attendance, leaves, bonuses, commissions, advance/loans, and maintaining provident, gratuity, and other funds.
- Performance Management: Weekly reports on employee status to management, monthly reports on HR-related changes, activities to the executive team, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans, nurture a positive working environment, and oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven individual with demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases, excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, and in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
