We are seeking a skilled Oracle DBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle 12/19c administration and support, including patch management, backup and recovery planning/testing, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oracle Database Administration: Provide day-to-day administration of Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Patch Management: Coordinate and implement Oracle patches to ensure timely updates and minimize downtime.
  • Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement robust backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Infrastructure Support: Provide Level 1-3 support for all Oracle-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting or maintaining Oracle 12c/19c, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle RAC, Oracle Advanced Security, Oracle Data Masking, Oracle Data Redaction, Oracle Tuning and Diagnostic Pack, Oracle Multi Tenant, RMAN, and SQL*Net.
  • Disaster Recovery operations experience with Oracle Database technologies.
  • Ability to develop and enforce standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus qualifications include Oracle certifications, experience with other databases, and knowledge of financial services or banking.
