Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our field sales team in Lahore. As a Senior Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy and achieving annual KPIs and targets for your area.

You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on activation and reporting against KPIs. Your key responsibilities will include managing, developing, and motivating the team, creating and managing an annual business unit plan, and working closely with key stakeholders to provide the optimum return across your area.

What You Will Bring:

  • A proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interacting skills
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes, with perseverance and attention to detail
  • A solid understanding of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International performs
