We're seeking an SMB Outbound Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving business growth and expanding our customer base through high-volume cold calling, prospecting new business, and making outbound calls.
  • Demo Motive software to prospective fleet managers and drivers.
  • Survey prospects to understand pain points within their business so you can align those business needs with the Motive solution.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers, influencing outcomes through both an understanding of the customer's business and the unique solutions that Motive can deliver.
  • History of working independently with a data-driven mindset for charting a path to short, medium, and long-term sales goals.
