User Acquisition Strategist

We are on the lookout for a seasoned User Acquisition Strategist to spearhead our growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in user acquisition and growth marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across various channels, including organic and paid advertising, partnerships, and more.
- Design and optimize paid campaigns on multiple ad platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Craft product vision and roadmaps, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth and success.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to create high-converting visual experiences that drive engagement and retention.
- Conceptualize innovative landing pages, onboarding flows, and retention strategies that boost customer lifetime value.
- Work seamlessly with development teams to implement features and growth tools that support our user acquisition goals.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing or a similar role.
- Proven success in user acquisition and growth marketing, with tangible results to showcase.
- Strong aesthetic sense, with an eye for color, layout, and UI/UX design principles.
