We are seeking a highly skilled CRM professional to join our team as a CRM Strategist.

As a CRM Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. This includes enabling sales and marketing teams to maximize their productivity and efficiency using Zoho CRM.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM and its various features and functionalities. You will need to configure, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM to meet our business needs, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and workflow.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Configuring, customizing, and optimizing Zoho CRM to meet our business needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and workflow
  • Providing training and support to end-users on Zoho CRM
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of CRM configuration and customization

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Zoho CRM and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
