Job Title: Shift Lead

We are seeking an ambitious and intelligent individual to manage our team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building processes for the department.
  • Manage team time, scheduling, capacity planning, and forecasting.
  • Maintain and optimize daily team performance.
  • Lead the team to ensure targets are met.
  • Assist in executing new Processes/SOP's, continuous improvement, data analysis, and updating data.
  • Be a creative problem solver and perform root cause analysis.
  • Improve metrics such as First Contact Resolution and Vendor Satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.
  • Excellent presentation and MS-Excel skills.
  • Comfortable with operational rotating times.
