Job Overview

At Technonies, we are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  2. Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, identifying new opportunities for growth and partnership.
  3. Growth Strategy Alignment: Craft and implement a tailored growth strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of emerging trends and customer needs.
  5. Sales Promotion: Promote our products/services as solutions that address or predict clients' key objectives.
  6. Sales Contract Management: Negotiate and prepare sales contracts in compliance with established laws and regulations.
  7. Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other critical business metrics.
  8. After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support and trustworthy feedback to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  9. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  10. Staff Development: Develop and mentor entry-level staff to become valuable sales professionals.
  11. Leadership Experience:
  12. Customer Support: Experience in customer support is highly desirable.
  13. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  14. Linguistic Skills: Native-level English proficiency.
  15. Market Knowledge: Market knowledge and awareness.
  16. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  17. Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
  18. Adaptability: Strong IT fluency and ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced technology environment.
  19. Pressure Management: Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of performance.
  20. Time Management: Effective time management and planning skills.
  21. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
