Client Services Representative

The Client Services team is responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients, leveraging their knowledge of our tools and data to drive product adoption.

As a Client Services Representative, you will be the face of our organization, regularly interacting with clients to address their queries and showcase your expertise.

  • Provide top-notch client services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to build customized solutions for clients.
  • Work with clients to develop tailored Excel models that meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct product demos/walkthroughs of Capital IQ Pro to clients, focusing on FIG solutions and product functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest solutions to enhance product usability and presentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and provide timely support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
