Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Executive to provide exceptional inbound and outbound support to US-based customers, insurance providers, and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in handling a variety of customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems in a healthcare IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from US-based customers, insurance companies, and patients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Manage patient complaints and concerns effectively, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes.
  • Follow up to ensure all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Provide daily sign-offs and reports to Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and team goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery to all stakeholders.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent, Customer Support Specialist, or Call Center Representative, preferably with US-based clients.
  • Experience communicating via phone, email, and ticketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT or insurance-related customer service is a plus.
