As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our Agile team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or SaaS environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Create user stories that meet Agile and Scrum best practices.
  • Manage the Product Backlog in collaboration with the PO.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements for planned features.
  • Develop essential Agile BA artifacts, including BRDs, FSDs, RTMs, User Journey Maps, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals and development deliverables.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Practical experience using Agile project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs.
  • Experience with process modeling and visualizations.
  • Ability to work with UI/UX designers.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
