About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Community Management

The Community Engagement Director will be responsible for organizing social and professional networking events to enhance community engagement. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing events that bring members together and promote collaboration.

Daily Operations

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring the workspace remains clean, organized, and fully functional. This includes managing seating allocations and maintaining essential amenities such as internet, printers, and meeting rooms.

Tour and Onboarding Services

The Community Engagement Director will conduct tours for potential members, provide service details, and facilitate onboarding. This involves creating a seamless experience for new members and making them feel welcome in the community.

Retention Strategies

The ideal candidate will develop and implement retention strategies to enhance member satisfaction. This includes analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to improve the overall member experience.

Sales and Partnerships

The Community Engagement Director will drive occupancy and revenue growth through targeted sales, partnerships, and corporate memberships. This involves identifying opportunities for growth and working with the team to develop and execute plans to achieve these goals.

Marketing and Promotion

The successful candidate will promote the co-working space via social media, email campaigns, and strategic collaborations. This includes creating engaging content, building a strong online presence, and leveraging partnerships to reach new audiences.

Market Research

The Community Engagement Director will conduct market research to optimize offerings, pricing models, and competitive positioning. This involves analyzing industry trends, identifying best practices, and applying this knowledge to improve the co-working space.

Contract Negotiation

The ideal candidate will negotiate and finalize contracts with new members and corporate clients. This involves working closely with the finance team to ensure seamless transactions and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Value-Added Services
