Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Communications Executive to manage the Communications function at Tetra Pak in the Great Middle East (GME) region. The Communications Director is a trusted business partner responsible for delivering strategic internal and external communications to support the markets in the region, including Arabia, Pakistan, and Central Eurasia. The role aims to achieve business goals while enhancing Tetra Pak's reputation with key stakeholders. The Communications Director will oversee communication initiatives, work with a small team and external agencies, serve as a spokesperson, and report to the Vice President of Market Communications. The role involves 25-30% travel.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee communications activities across internal communications, reputation management and public relations, and marketing communications.
  • Lead annual planning, integrating input from business strategy, marketing, sustainability, and corporate affairs, aligned with global strategies.
  • Implement the communications plan, ensuring quality and KPI achievement.
  • Protect and strengthen the company's reputation through proactive PR and crisis management.
  • Provide timely communication counsel to senior management.
  • Contribute to the global communications leadership team.
  • Lead the local communications team efficiently and effectively, managing resources and ensuring team engagement.
We Believe You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field; MBA preferred, with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, strategic skills, and business acumen.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and coaching leaders.
  • Open to change, results-oriented, organized, flexible, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including AI and Power BI, with basic marketing automation knowledge.
