Senior Pipeline Corrosion Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Corrosion Control Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of corrosion control towers and implementing enterprise asset management programs to prevent pipeline corrosion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of corrosion control towers to identify and address any issues that may impact their operation.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance of corrosion control equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for preventing pipeline corrosion and protecting assets.
- Conduct surveys to assess pipeline integrity and develop plans for coating rehabilitation and corrosion monitoring.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on corrosion control best practices and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Metallurgy, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 6 years of experience in pipeline integrity management and Cathodic protection or 5 years of experience with a Master's degree.
- Possession of PEC registration is mandatory.
- Certification in AMPP(NACE), API, or TWI for Cathodic Protection/Coating Inspection is also required.
