Territory Growth Specialist
This role is responsible for developing territory growth strategies and implementing them to achieve set targets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop prospect business in particular route pairings and grow the assigned routes based on an aligned sales plan.
Key responsibilities include handling pre-sales activities, following and obtaining customer feedback, generating business for all products, and achieving set individual GP and volume targets.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with customers, ensuring customers are provided credit after proper verification, and collecting payment from credit customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Good knowledge of procurement and capacity management for air and ocean; profound knowledge of markets trends and opportunities in various industries.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, plan and organize own work, deliver comprehensive results in an accurate, reliable, complete, and timely manner.
- 5 years of work experience; ability to work in an international company within a matrix organization.
