Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs across the company.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives. As part of our team, you will collaborate with department heads to identify development needs and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs for employees at all levels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend effective solutions
  • Manage onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs
  • Monitor training outcomes and compile reports to evaluate effectiveness
  • Coordinate external trainers, resources, and logistics for in-person and online sessions
Requirements
Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques
Certification (Preferred)
  • L&D or HR-related certifications will be an advantage
Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment and requires strong communication and collaboration skills.
