Job Title: Channel Sales and Marketing Manager
About the RoleTrillium Information Security Systems is Pakistan's first and largest cybersecurity company. Established in 2005, it has extensive expertise and experience, delivering complex information assurance solutions, performing specialized information security services, training thousands of cybersecurity professionals, and building a comprehensive network of resellers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute the Partner Program: Formulate a structured partner program to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Partner Onboarding and Relationship Management: Welcome new partners, nurture existing relationships, and ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Channel Sales and Marketing Strategies: Design and execute sales and marketing strategies through channel partners to meet revenue targets and achieve business objectives.
- Customer and Business Needs Analysis: Understand customer and business needs to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and developing targeted solutions.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with product, technical, and marketing teams to support partner requests and ensure effective communication.
- Partner Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess partner performance and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction to drive long-term growth.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with the sales team, key contacts, and top management of partners to establish trust and credibility.
- Funnel Management and Forecasting: Manage funnels, forecast sales opportunities, and drive sales campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their capabilities and increase their chances of success.Requirements
- Education: Preferably an MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT/Cybersecurity.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, energetic, and an effective team player with excellent analytical and assessment skills.
