Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing efforts. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned testing professional with extensive knowledge of CRM/EBS applications.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent testing projects, possess excellent verbal and written skills, and be well-versed in QA process/procedure best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze testing requirements for each custom configuration based on client needs and develop end-to-end Test Plans.
  • Create detailed Test Cases and Scenarios.
  • Execute hands-on testing.
  • Manage off-shore team efforts to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Serve as primary point of contact.
  • Test Oracle-based CRM/EBS applications as required.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed, consolidated Testing Schedule for all elements of the global initiative.
  • Provide ongoing updates to management, proactively identifying delivery risks and mitigating their impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of CRM/EBS applications.
  • Prior experience testing multiple implementations.
  • Prior experience working in an off-shore model.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple testing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of QA process/procedure best practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
