Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance lead to oversee our testing process. As the lead, you will be responsible for planning and implementing quality assurance frameworks for our mobile and web products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Framework Development: Plan and implement testing frameworks for our mobile and web products, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Testing Coordination: Work with discipline leads to coordinate testing efforts, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute testing strategies, document bugs, prioritize them, and work with the product team to resolve them.
  • Automated Testing: Develop automated test cases to streamline testing processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Regression Testing: Create and execute regression tests to ensure product stability and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Sciences or Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA or equivalent discipline, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with database, web, and mobile technologies, especially iOS, and some experience in object-oriented programming and scripting.
  • Understanding: Clear understanding of how different components in products function at code-level, including server, client, services, API, etc.
