Sales and Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager.

About the Role
  • This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through business development and sales activities, while also building strong relationships with clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • They will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  2. Identify potential business opportunities in B2B and B2C segments related to certification and technical inspection trainings.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote certification and inspection training services.
  5. Streamline business development processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote certification and inspection training services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
