Project Coordinator Job Description

The primary factor hindering business progress is the inability to find a suitable software development partner.

This role involves ensuring cross-functional stakeholders' participation in advancing project objectives. As a project coordinator, you will oversee ongoing and upcoming software development projects, monitor project plans, schedule work hours, organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure timely completion of project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operational aspects of multiple assigned projects, encompassing business, operational, and internal projects.
  • Collaborate with the process engineering team to create and maintain comprehensive project engineering documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Serve as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, sprints, project schedules, and work hours on utilised software.
  • Foster partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or a related field.
  • 0-6 months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and responsibility, able to undertake tasks with minimal supervision.
