Job Description

The Administrative Operations Manager will be responsible for arranging meetings of the site administration committee and following up on decisions. This role involves preparing feasibility reports for new administrative development projects, providing support to various departments, and ensuring cleanliness of the campus.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for administering faculty and student transport issues, supervising petty cash, and maintaining stock records. Additionally, they will process purchase requisitions, maintain bills through PO and GRIR, and calculate requisitions, estimates, and purchases for projects.

Other key responsibilities include maintaining vehicles, arranging travel bookings for guests and employees, and dealing with government departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, organizing skills, communication skills, and administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
