Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to play a key role in driving the growth of our digital agency.

This position will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality sales results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of success in business development or sales, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing space.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide customized digital marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals
  • Follow up with leads and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings and events

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital services)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
