Lead Network Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Management Expert to lead our network engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex networks, designing and implementing network solutions, and ensuring high-performance IP/MPLS backbone and aggregation networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network architectures to meet business requirements
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Develop and implement network security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services
- Analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network management and engineering
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols, MPLS, and VoIP engineering
- Hands-on experience with Juniper IP/MPLS/BRAS devices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
