Job Summary:

The position of Assistant Manager Network Administration for the warehousing business entails managing nationwide IT Data Center Core and Branch Network and Security Infrastructure 24x7. This includes handling LAN, WAN, DC Server Farm, Internet, and Extranet segments, as well as ensuring audit compliance and performing regular patch management for all network and security devices.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Cisco routers and switches for optimal network performance.
  • Implement and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions for efficient network traffic management.
  • Administer wireless controllers for secure and reliable wireless connectivity.
  • Ensure network availability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Configure and manage Firewalls (Palo Alto and Cisco) for robust network security.
  • Implement and maintain Proxy solutions (Bluecoat and Cloud Proxy) for secure internet access.
  • Implementation and Management of Cisco ISE for NAC and Identity access Management.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and version upgrades according to Threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Troubleshoot network equipment and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for network and security-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of Network and Security Administrator experience.
  • Cisco Certification would be preferred.
  • Must have Palo Alto, FTD firewalls experience.
  • Must have knowledge of Network & Security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, IPSec).
  • Strong understanding of network architecture and security principles.
