Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

An experienced professional is required to lead the recruitment, learning, and development of employees' performance programs. The ideal candidate will oversee the hiring process, create referral programs, and make strategic decisions for employee acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create job descriptions and post ads on various channels to search for top talent.
  • Assist with recruitment by identifying candidates and issuing employment contracts.
  • Manage payroll, background checks, and digital records of employees.
  • Perform orientations, coordinate training sessions, and maintain HR files and records.
  • Produce reports on general HR activities and oversee compensation and benefit documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-4 Years' Experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
  • Effective HR administration, people management skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use computer software proficiently.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
