We are seeking a skilled Business Development Lead to drive business growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and classifying targets.
Your primary focus will be on collaborating with local and regional teams to execute market strategies and identify growth opportunities for our kitchens. You will also manage the acquisition of new kitchen clients and oversee account management, developing and implementing account plans to achieve company growth targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong account management and relationship building skills. You must be able to work independently and in a team environment, and have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and classify targets
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to execute market strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Manage the acquisition of new kitchen clients and oversee account management
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve company growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Communicate progress towards monthly/quarterly targets and manage close processes
- Resolve vendor complaints and maintain high levels of satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
