As an Accounts Executive, your key responsibilities will include processing invoices and verifying expenses. You will prepare payments to vendors and monitor accounts receivable, generating customer invoices and following up on overdue payments.

Bank Reconciliations:

You will reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

ournal Entries and General Ledger:

You will record financial transactions in the general ledger using appropriate accounting software, preparing journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments.

Expense Tracking and Reporting:

You will track and categorize company expenses, ensuring proper allocation to various cost centers or projects. You will assist in preparing financial reports, including expense reports and budget vs. actual analysis.

Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records is crucial, including invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.

Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements for audits and financial reviews is also essential.

Month-end and Year-end Close:

You will assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

Tax Compliance:

You will assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Accurate records are necessary for tax reporting purposes.

Financial data analysis is critical to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Variance analysis and financial forecasting are also important aspects of this role.

Internal Controls:

You will support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
