Software Sales Representative

The role of a Sales Executive at Innoppia involves achieving weekly and monthly sales targets by conducting market research, supporting sales strategy, generating leads, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and fulfill responsibilities.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Support sales strategy by tele calling, fixing appointments for demos, and digital data mining.
- Generate leads for new customers and onboard new sales areas/outlets.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Report daily/monthly and perform according to company policy.
- Assist business managers with daily reports.
- Generate sales leads (prospects).
- Post-sales activities - check customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field from a reputable university.
- Experience in software sales and marketing to retail customers for a software company.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in marketing POS, ERP, or restaurant management software.
