Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. As Deputy Manager Compliance, you will be responsible for reviewing processes and controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk-based audit approaches, distribution commercial procedures, and organizational policies. You should also possess excellent analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review commercial operations processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and follow up on issues.
RequirementsEducation and Experience

A Professional Accountant or MBA with at least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial operations and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of risk-based audit approaches.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
