This remote position involves scaling our company's presence on freelance marketplaces. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for bidding on relevant projects, generating leads, crafting winning proposals, maintaining client communication, and securing long-term partnerships.

Your daily tasks will include optimizing profiles, conducting market research, analyzing project trends, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with technical and marketing teams.

You will need to have:

  • Proven experience with bidding and lead generation on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project fit, market trends, and platform algorithms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal writing and client interaction
  • Experience in building client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Ability to generate and close leads independently
  • Familiarity with services like Web & Mobile App Development, and AI solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in the tech or software development sector is highly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience is required in business development field.
