About This Role

We're seeking a skilled leader to build and lead our Commercial Sales Engineering teams. As Director, you'll oversee multiple pre-sales teams, developing junior Sales Engineers, conducting compelling product demonstrations, and designing innovative solutions that support our Commercial sales objectives.

  • Foster a collaborative environment among team members and encourage growth-oriented skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to develop strategies aligning with Commercial segment goals and drive significant revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities
  • Establish best practices for the Commercial Sales Engineering function, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality technical support, solutioning, and impactful product demonstrations.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Team to attract top Sales Engineering talent and implement training programs enhancing team skills and performance.
Key Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in second-line leadership roles, ideally overseeing technical pre-sales teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's of Science preferred; Master's a plus.
  • Familiarity with value selling concepts and previous experience as an individual contributing Sales Engineer is essential.
