Job Title: Cybersecurity Solutions Team Lead

Job Description

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, you will lead our team of experts in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. Your primary focus will be on driving new business growth by executing targeted sales strategies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of achieving revenue targets through new business development.

  2. Drive the execution of multiple sales plays and campaigns aligned with strategic priorities.

  3. Conduct sales enablement sessions, support opportunity progression, and collaborate with sales and presales teams to maintain a strong pipeline and ensure successful deal closures.

  4. Lead customer meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions to build trust, understand customer needs, and facilitate the sale of both standard and complex solutions.

  5. Manage select cybersecurity brands and oversee team members handling additional brands, ensuring growth across all portfolios.

  6. Maintain and strengthen partnerships with key OEMs and distributors through proactive business planning, compliance management, and joint engagement initiatives.

  7. Mentor and build a collaborative team by supporting individual growth, encouraging open communication, and aligning efforts with company goals.

  8. Ensure disciplined CRM usage, accurate forecasting, clean pipeline management, and timely reporting to leadership.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity solution sales, with proven leadership capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage brand portfolios, and drive new business growth.

Experience working closely with presales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience in managing OEM relationships and joint go-to-market planning.

Relevant cybersecurity product knowledge or vendor certifications (preferred).
