
Receptionist and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and personable professional to fill the role of Receptionist and Administrative Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess a bachelor's degree, and have at least two years of experience in client interaction and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Client Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in preparing and distributing client communication materials.
Office Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in client interaction and follow-ups.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
